Pantheon Cafe at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome

The Barback primarily serves as a Bartender’s assistant. The Barback will support Centerplate operations by ensuring that bars are clean and properly stocked so that shifts and events run smoothly and that beverage revenues are maximized.
The Bartender is responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences while accurately mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The Bartender will follow Centerplate standards to ensure that product is of the highest quality in taste and appearance to satisfy guests and maximize bar revenues.
The Banquet Server will play a major role in ensuring a pleasant experience for Centerplate guests who attend catered breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, receptions and other organized group affairs involving food and beverage service.
The Hospitality Supervisor- Beverage will play a key support role within the Beverage Department, assisting to ensure product availability, quality, cost effectiveness, compliance, control and service for all beverages served throughout the unit.
The Hospitality Cashier – Quick Serve is responsible for ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service by assisting guests at points of sale. This position typically exists within a sporting or events area, or in a Convention Center with retail food and beverage stands and kiosks. Style of service may include take-away, cafeteria-style, restaurant-style or in-seat service format.
A Hospitality Server- Quick Serve is responsible for providing fast and efficient service to customers. They will serve a variety of pre-made or made fresh-to-order snacks, beverages and entrée items from Centerplate’s Quick Serve menu. Style of service may be either grab-and-go, restaurant-style or in-seat service format.
The Concession Cook is responsible for preparing concession menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Concession Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Concession Cook must be aware of while operating in the concession stand.
The Steward position is responsible for the proper washing and storage of china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other food service equipment items. They will utilize manual cleaning methods as well as automated machinery to maintain Centerplate’s standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
The Suite Attendant will establish a pleasant atmosphere for suite guests by ensuring that assigned suites are clean, orderly and well attended to, and that all food and beverage items are provided according to selected ala carte or buffet-style menus. The Suite Attendant will stock and set up the suite prior to guests’ arrival, and will provide the highest levels of service and personal attention throughout the game or event.
