Renowned TV homemaker, Martha Stewart spent the weekend at Toronto's Direct Energy Centre for the Canada Blooms festivities.  Centerplate was honored to provide hospitatlity for the prestigious garden event.  At the event Centerplate created a nice spread of cheeses along with homemade jam. There were also a variety of sandwiches with smoked turkey, grilled chicken and grilled vegetables served with Wooldwich Dairy Goat Cheese on Artisanal Bread.  For dessert Sous Chef Gordon Coleman served Lemon Curt Tartlets for all to enjoy.
