The leading example of upscale food might be AT&T Park in San Francisco.

Our long history of success, earned in the most demanding of service environments, provides us with the talent, programs and processes to delight our guests regardless of an event's scale or complexity.
In order to truly deliver Craveable Experiences. Raveable Results.™ we emphasize a collaborative, brand- and business-building approach to our hospitality services. We develop thoughtful, tailored guest solutions that drive our clients’ Returns while enhancing their reputation.
We supplement our industry-defining core services with a steady stream of ideas that add value to our clients and their guests. By following our ‘Think It. Build It. Fix It.’ approach we simultaneously pilot a number of initiatives across our clients’ business to position those with the greatest potential to drive maximum Returns.
In order to maximize our clients’ Returns, we employ the principles of QUE3ST:
Q [QUALITY]
We will ensure that our food, service, management and customer experience are always to the highest standard.
U [UNIQUE]
Original food and that memorable Centerplate experience. It’s why guests love us, and why they always come back for more.
E3 [EXECUTING EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCES]
No matter how big or small, every action we take is focused on excellence.
S [SUSTAINABILITY]
We will not rest on our laurels but will continue to raise the bar on the experiences we provide and Returns we deliver.
T [TEAMWORK]
We will always operate in a spirit of partnership with our clients, our communities, and among ourselves.
Historically, our industry has used per capita sales or total event revenues to track success. Consistent with our commitment to provide a total solution, we believe that overall client Return is the most important metric. Mathematically we define Return as a function of Margin multiplied by velocity: R= M*V. Quite simply, our clients’ Return is a function of the Margin (how much our client makes from a particular transaction) multiplied by the Velocity (how many like transactions we drive).
A focus on Return versus revenues ensures that we consistently focus on our clients’ overall Returns by providing a sense of value for our end-customers, generating incremental sales, discovering additional profit streams, enhancing our client’s overall reputation, and, in general, supporting our clients’ successes.
