The Banquet Captain plays a supervisory role by directing Banquet Servers in ensuring a pleasant experience for Centerplate guests who attend catered breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, receptions and other organized group affairs involving food and beverage service.
The Banquet Server will play a major role in ensuring a pleasant experience for Centerplate guests who attend catered breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, receptions and other organized group affairs involving food and beverage service.
The Hospitality Supervisor- Beverage will play a key support role within the Beverage Department, assisting to ensure product availability, quality, cost effectiveness, compliance, control and service for all beverages served throughout the unit.
The Cash Room Cashier is a highly trusted position which exists in Centerplate businesses where a significant volume of cash transactions are processed within a compressed period of time, such a sporting or events arena. Typically transferred to the role after gaining experience in Quick Serve operations, the Cash Room Cashier will support Centerplate’s goal to be #1 in Event Hospitality by upholding standards for handling cash.
The Hospitality Supervisor- Quick Serve is responsible for ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service by supervising Quick Serve staff and supporting the Quick Serve operations at all points of sale. They will assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to Quick Serve Leads and will monitor servers as they provide a variety of pre-made or fresh-to-order snacks, beverages and entrée items from Centerplate’s Quick Serve menu. Their top priority will be to ensure that the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained.
The Concession Cook is responsible for preparing concession menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Concession Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Concession Cook must be aware of while operating in the concession stand.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating and executing administrative processes to ensure the overall efficiency of Centerplate’s business operations. They will serve as an information resource, will maintain office records (including heavy data entry), generate correspondence, liaise with clients, vendors and outside entities and will perform general clerical duties such as answering phones and processing expense reports. They are responsible upholding Centerplate’s standards for accuracy, efficiency and quality, as they relate to administrative functions.
The Specialty Retail Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service within Centerplate’s retail merchandise outlets by supervising merchandise staff at all points of sale and by assisting with merchandise-related needs within designated retail sales outlets. Assigned work areas may include permanent stands or mobile stands or kiosks, typically within a sporting venue, as well as in-venue retail stores and/or stand-alone retail stores.
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the receiving, unloading, storing and distributing of food product, retail merchandise and other supplies, while maintaining a neat and organized work environment. They will typically operate a forklift, electric cart and other equipment, and will be responsible for strictly adhering to all Centerplate standards and established venue policies for accuracy, sanitation and workplace safety.
